TRAINING HOUR

Want an awesome climbing-specific conditioning workout? This weekly free class will get you sweaty and pumped. All levels are welcome. Come prepared to train hard! All you need to participate is a membership or gym pass. You do NOT need to register in advance. Just show up!

Focus on getting pure power and gaining resiliency to climbing injury with this traditional style strength training workout. All you need to participate is a membership or gym pass. You do NOT need to register in advance. Just show up!

Weekly:
Mondays 7-8 pm

Private Instruction:

$40/hr for one person
$30/hr each for two people
$25/hr each for 3-6 people


Work one on one with a Flagstaff Climbing Center Instructor. Practice movement skills, training techniques, anchors, jamming cracks, leading, rappelling, self rescue and more. Private Instruction can also be used to just have a dedicated belayer to maximize your climbing time.
