Membership Hold. This allows membership reactivation without having to pay a membership joining fee. Memberships on hold will be charged $7 each month (all climbers on the contract must go on hold at the same time). There is no limit to how long a member may be on hold or how often a member can be placed on hold. You may request a hold change at any time. You may reactivate your membership any time.
                                   
Membership Cancellation. By selecting this change you are cancelling your Membership Agreement to Flagstaff Climbing Center. Joining fees and monthly dues are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your membership is current for the remainder of current active contract and you will not be charged thereafter. If you decide to enter into a Flagstaff Climbing Center Membership Agreement in the future all joining fees will be applicable.
                                      
Reactivate Membership on Hold. You will pay regular monthly membership dues starting the date of your reactivation. Future monthly payments will occur on the monthly anniversary date of your reactivation date. Welcome back!            
                                                                             
Adding Climbers to Membership. Only two adults can partner on a membership. Unlimited dependent children may be added to a membership. Multi-person memberships are treated as one membership contract and dues will be billed to a single credit card on file to the contract owner. All new members, even on multi-person memberships, are still required to pay a joining fee.
                                                                    
Removing Climbers from Membership. Joining Fees and monthly dues are non-refundable and non-transferable. Climbers being removed are current for the remainder of current active contract. You will NOT be charged for removed climbers thereafter. If removed climbers decide to enter into a Flagstaff Climbing Center Membership Agreement in the future all joining fees will be applicable.    

To make changes to your membership contact us by email (jasonhenrie@flagstaffclimbing.com) or by submitting a message on our Contact Us webpage at least 7 days prior to any membership charges that may be scheduled. If you contact us via email within 7 days of any charges that may be scheduled we are not responsible for refunding those charges.
